How your information is handled

The Funding Coach™ is currently delivered using Chatbase, a third-party AI platform. Chatbase states that customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest and isn’t used to train AI models. Information processed through Chatbase may be processed and stored in the United States.

Use the Funding Coach responsibly

Don’t enter sensitive personal data, confidential or culturally restricted information, rights-sensitive material, or private third-party information that shouldn’t be shared with an AI tool. Share only the information needed for the funding task, and remove names or other identifying details when they aren’t necessary.

The Funding Coach™ can help users think, plan, develop, write, and review, but AI can make mistakes. Current official funder guidelines and application materials remain authoritative. Users should review every response before using, saving, or submitting it and confirm all facts, figures, eligibility requirements, commitments, and projections.
